More Ukulele Practice

We are now a few weeks into our Ukulele lessons with Nuala and we are really enjoying it. We are learning new chords and some of us bring in our own Ukuleles!!

Europe Day - 9th of May 2023

On Tuesday 9th May. Over 180 singers and musicians perform EU Anthem Beethoven's 'Ode to Joy' in Irish, Ukrainian and English, live from the Dunamaise Arts Centre, Portlaoise, Co. Laois.

This term, we have started to learn how to play the Ukulele as part of our Music Generation Laois project. We had 3 or 4 students who had one at home and brought it in so that they could learn how to be better at playing the instrument!
