This week, we had the exciting opportunity to compete in the All Ireland Rocks competition. It was indeed a tough challenge, as we dedicated 60 minutes each day on Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday to practice our times tables. The commitment from our students was truly commendable!

Over those three days, it was evident just how hard everyone worked, and the improvements made by each student were remarkable. Although we have claimed victory in this competition for the last two years, we noticed that our competition has intensified, with more schools joining in each time.

This year also brought some changes to our class dynamics, as we said goodbye to six 6th class students while welcoming six new 3rd class pupils. The final leaderboard featured only 5th and 6th classes from other schools among the top 50, making our 3rd place finish even more impressive. We ended up just 12 points shy of 2nd place, which leaves us motivated for more.

As we look ahead, we feel incredibly proud of our Senior class. With the world competition in TTRS approaching in March, we're eager to improve our performance further. Who knows? Perhaps we can turn that 3rd place into something even more spectacular!
