From today, you might have noticed that we have a NEW bottle recycling bin located at the entrance of the school in the car park! The children are thrilled to have this initiative, which is managed by our dedicated green school teams. One team, in particular, takes charge of the bottle bin every Friday, counting and totalling the amount raised.
After our fantastic success before Christmas, where we raised €185 for the bird feeder camera, the pupils have decided to use the funds collected in Term 2 to purchase new yard and playtime equipment, including new footballs, skipping ropes, and games.
We truly appreciate all your efforts in supporting our recycling initiative. It’s a wonderful opportunity for the children of Rushall NS to engage with the Green Flag initiative while directly benefitting from their efforts!
