A Morning of Creativity with Lego Brick Artist Jessica Farrell
Through the Heritage in Schools programme, the Junior Room invited Lego Brick Artist Jessica Farrell to our school. We had a wonderful two hours of playful engagement and creativity with Lego. The children were set three activities: to create bees, butterflies, and a wildflower garden. It was incredible to see their imaginations come to life with just a few bricks! Each creation was unique and showcased their talents beautifully.
The atmosphere was buzzing with excitement as Jessica guided the children through each task, fostering a sense of teamwork and fun. By the end of the session, the classroom was filled with vibrant Lego constructions, and smiles were all around. We truly had the best day with Jessica, and I think it’s safe to say we are all Lego enthusiasts now! This experience not only encouraged creativity but also cultivated a deeper appreciation for nature.
