Last week, our school held a wonderful Christmas performance that showcased the children’s incredible set dancing skills. Over the past six weeks, the talented Catherine Lalor has guided the students in perfecting their routines, and their hard work truly shone on stage.
The show began with our Junior room performing some Christmas songs, then all the pupils took to the stage to show their set dancing skills, where the children moved gracefully to lively traditional tunes. The audience clapped along, filled with joy and pride as they watched their children perform and at times joining the children on the dancefloor. Following the dancing, the students delighted everyone with a selection of Christmas songs, accompanied by their musical instruments. The festive atmosphere was contagious, and it felt like the perfect way to kick off the Christmas celebrations.
A special thank you goes to our amazing Parents Association, who worked tirelessly to provide tea and treats for all the parents and grandparents who attended. Their dedication throughout the year, fundraising to support events like this, made the day even more special.
Overall, the performance was a resounding success, filled with laughter, music, and a sense of community. We are grateful to everyone who contributed to making this event memorable and festive!
