What an unforgettable day it was as we celebrated the graduation of six exceptional children from sixth class at Rushall NS! We gathered both classes together in Mr Monaghan's room, where he kicked off the festivities with a heartwarming speech and a poem reflecting on the time spent together.
In a special first, each student prepared a speech for their graduation and delivered it with confidence. After their performances, they each received a certificate from Mr Monaghan, marking this significant milestone.
We added a dash of fun with a game of "Who's Most Likely To…?" where the rest of the school had a chance to vote for the graduating students. Let’s just say there were a few surprises that got everyone laughing!
Ms Conroy next conducted a quiz about "How well do you know Mr Monaghan?", and given their 3.5 years with him, the students did brilliantly!
To cap off the celebrations, we proudly unveiled the first edit of the Times Tables Rockstars Video that was recorded just the week before. It was an absolute delight to see our school showcased in such an incredible way, and to witness the students' reactions as they saw themselves in a professional video was priceless.
In addition, we shared the fantastic news that Rushall NS will be receiving a SECOND Robot kit due to our excellent performance in VEX Robotics this year! This will really help us include more students next year and support our competition practice.
Finally, we captured the moment with our new Instagram frames, and shared laughter all around. It was a truly memorable day, and we can't wait to see what next year holds. Enjoy the pictures! If anyone wants higher quality versions, just let me know!
